Job Responsibility

Staffing, Planning & Development

  • Develop and enhance human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, human resources policies, programs and practices
  • Manage the management's effectiveness by strategizing and plan manpower needs for Allo Technology (structure, vacancies, grades etc.)
  • Evaluate level, strategize succession planning for the company to CEO
  • In charge of all recruitment activities for Allo
  • Responsible for employees on-boarding and off-boarding workflows

Compensation & Benefits

  • Enhance new strategies towards enhancing current benefit modes


  • plan training needs for Allo staff to close the competency gaps

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the entire performance appraisal of employees

General Administration

  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Job Requirements

  • candidates must at least possess Degree in Human Resource and related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in telco industry
  • Sound knowledge in employment act and local Human resource practices
  • Must have good knowledge in Malaysia Labor Law..
