- To manage/ assist Restaurant Manager on the day to day operations of the restaurants including managing labor, inventory and supplies.
- Ensure and maintain high standards of service, product quality and cleanliness of restaurant follow the Standard Operting Procedure.
- Ensure that facility and equipment are maintained to company’s standards on a day to day basis.
- To monitor the performance of staff and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of service.
- Performing any other relevant duties as and when required
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Profressional Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
